By clicking on the icon next to Discussion, users can get a popup with the full discussion to more easily chat with one another. All contributions will get a simple rating process, via a thumbs-up that users can give. The thumbs-up icon will always be close to the title of the contribution; in the case to the right. It will be grayed out if a user has not clicked on it and will turn solid when they give a contribution a thumbs-up. If they like the contribution, they can simply give it a thumbs-up. By keeping the rating system simple and catchy, it will be more heavily used than an unnecessary overly-complex star rating system.
